If a piece ships from our overseas warehouse, you'll see it clearly noted on the product page and at checkout — never after you've paid. Overseas orders may pick up an extra day or two clearing customs during busy periods.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75
- Flat $5.95 on US orders under $75
- International rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. On pieces coming from our overseas warehouse, tracking may sit quiet for the first few days while the package moves before entering the domestic network — it isn't lost. If it hasn't updated after five business days, email us and we'll chase it down.
Where We Ship
We ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses, and P.O. boxes. We also ship to select international destinations — rates and eligibility are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple pieces from different warehouses, they may arrive separately. You'll receive tracking for each shipment. You are never charged twice for shipping.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Packages returned as undeliverable can take 30 days or more to arrive back to us. We'll issue a refund once it lands so you can reorder. We're unable to cover reshipping costs on address errors.
Delays
Weather, carrier backups, and holiday volume happen. If your order is running past the estimated window, email us with your order number — we'd rather give you a real answer than leave you refreshing a tracking page.
