Every product page is labeled. If a piece ships from our overseas warehouse, you'll see it on the product page and at checkout, not after you've paid. Overseas orders can pick up an extra day or two clearing customs during busy periods.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. One note worth knowing: on pieces coming from our overseas warehouse, tracking can sit quiet for the first few days while the package moves before it enters the domestic network. It isn't lost. If it hasn't moved after five business days, email us and we'll chase it down.
Where we ship
Everywhere in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses, and P.O. boxes. We also ship to select international destinations — rates and eligibility show at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees their country charges.
Split shipments
Order multiple pieces and they may arrive separately if they're coming from different warehouses. You'll get tracking for each. You're never charged twice.
Wrong address
Double-check your address at checkout. Packages returned as undeliverable can take 30 days or more to make their way back, and we'll refund you once it lands so you can reorder. We can't cover reshipping on an address error.
Delays
Weather, carrier backups, and holiday volume happen. If your order is running past the window above, email us with your order number. We'd rather give you a real answer than let you refresh a tracking page.
