Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at roidesoiclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
