The three things people usually need

"Will this fit me?"
The honest answer is that we'd rather help you get it right the first time than process a return later. Send us your chest, waist, and height, plus how you like things to sit — slim, regular, or relaxed — and we'll tell you the size we'd pick and how confident we are. If a piece runs a certain way, we'll say so, even when that means talking you out of a size.

"Where's my order?"
Include your order number and we'll pull up the tracking and give you a straight answer on timing. Every product page tells you where a piece ships from before you buy, and we hold to those windows. If something's running late, we'd rather tell you than let you wonder.

"This isn't right."
Wrong size, wrong item, or something that didn't arrive the way it should have — write to us before you do anything else. Send your order number and a photo if there's a defect, and we'll make it right. First-time sizing exchanges are on us.
