Refund & Return Policy
At Roi de Soi, we want you to love the way you wear it. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email roidesoiclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges
To guarantee availability, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the size or color you want, since inventory moves quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, clearance, and gift card items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If the charge still hasn't posted, contact us at roidesoiclothing@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping Times
Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days of shipping. Some items are fulfilled through overseas manufacturing partners; for those styles, total delivery time (processing plus transit) can run 10-20 business days. Any known delays will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at roidesoiclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Roi de Soi is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier, but we're happy to help you file a claim. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at roidesoiclothing@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Roi de Soi ("we," "us," "our") operates this online store selling apparel including polos, sweaters, cardigans, and loungewear. Our name means "king of self," reflecting the brand's focus on self-assured, elevated style.
Born in Louisiana, where Cajun French still lives in everyday language, Roi de Soi takes the retro knitwear silhouette — the textured polo, the heavy cardigan, the coordinated set — and rebuilds it with modern restraint. Distinct without feeling like costume.
We started because this category kept failing on the same four things: inconsistent sizing, thinner fabric than advertised, vague shipping, and difficult returns. So every product page shows garment and body measurements with US/UK/EU equivalents, our Find My Size tool recommends your size and tells you how confident it is, first-time sizing exchanges are free, and we label where each piece ships from before you check out. Styles marked Fast Ship US move from domestic stock.
Online-first, no retail markup, no middle layer. Style is less about impressing a room than about being king of yourself.

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will be completely accurate. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
